STEP 2: Select the amount of your eligible rebate you would like waived to help support the fight against breast cancer when you fill out your online rebate form at mycertifiedservicerebates.com faster payment) OR complete the rebate form provided by your dealer.
STEP 3: Mail a copy of your repair order AND a printed online confirmation page OR the completed rebate form. You will need the the Repair and Parts order numbers.
